Bagara Baingan

Ingredients:

Brinjal
Onions
Sesame Seeds
Peanuts
Fresh grated Coconut 
Tamarind juice

Preparation time:30mins

Procedure:

1. Fry brinjals in 4table spoons of oil.
2. Dry roast peanuts,sesame seeds,coconut  and grind it to paste using water.
3.In a bowl, add 1tablespoon, jeera, tamarind juice,paste,salt,chillie powder and simmer it for few minutes
4.Add fried brinjals and simmer it for 5minutes.


Curry is ready, will be good with vegetable biryani
