First box

Hi all 
Atlast completed my box, i have done a box with drawers, saw the youtube for this, I tried this box few days back and after i completed the actual box my friends son pulled all the drawers inside ,squeezed and what not,saw only after they left, was very depressed that i was not able to submit inspite of trying my first box made by doing all the measurements with scale. Thats the reason the box after opening is uneven. Some how decided to repair it and decorated with design paper and quilled on the lid.  Pasted few stickers of leaves ,flowers and butterfly inside the box. Wanted to try Inna's beautiful poppy flower but mine turned out to be something :).

yes Dr.sonia, i remembered after i started it then thought it would be the same, only after completing the box i realised and saw your post, will try it next time after i get my crafters companion board.

Quilled Christmas tree

Hi all Made a card for Freshly Made sketches.  A simple Quilled christmas tree. Another card with the same green pattern paper. Layered it with washi tape and a ribbon. Used coloured rhinestones and a star. Focus on Texture

Hi all, I have made a card using the stencil techniques from the class in Altenew Academy course. I do not have any embossing paste so i used texture paste instead. The stencil is from expressionscraft and the stamps are from Altenew. I started by ink  blending the portion of the cardstock by masking the top portion. I used marmalade distress ink. I added texture paste on to the stencil by masking the same top portion again. I added gold glitter paper on the edge and added few flowers which are clear embossed. I applied 3d modpodge to get some dimension on the base of the flowers which doesn't show up much in the picture. I stamped the sentiment and clear embossed it.  This is the first time i used the texture paste on a card. I colored the flowers using Carandache pencils.I have done something new because of the course. Thanks to Laurel Beard for the encouragement in the videos. I finally tried it.  Hope you like it.
