Kavitha's little world

Hi all  Made a card  for BGC 27 . I have used a pattern paper from  the book i purchased months back. It is so difficult for me to choose colours and pattern papers. The white cardstock is embossed on sides with my companion ,which are just lines. Distressed the circle and made like a lattice on which i painted with metallic colour pen and added fringed quilled flowers and leaves. Stamping the sentiment  on the cardstock directly makes me very nervous but somehow tried it and added a punched butterfly on which i doodled(hope this word is right as its the one i recently came across) with white gel pen. submitting to http://kalalayaa.blogspot.in/2013/03/challenge-no-13-seasons-stories.html Hope you like it. Hi all Made a card for two challenges based on the sketch by CASE this sketch  and used colours given by catchy challenges . I quilled bird,nest,eggs and just broken egg with a baby bird inside, feeding worm to the baby.Hope you like my idea. Thanks Kavitha

Hi all Made a card with doily again , this time as a boquet.  I am very happy that i tried out cutting the outline of the letters stamped from only one side of the card on the proper card and it turned out OK. Its about 2cms. Stamped LOVE and coloured with water colour pencils. I used decorative lace tape for the  first time. A quick post. This is a  simple card with quilled flowers. Butterfly is  punched on washi tape. Used my new crimper which i liked a lot.  Sentiment is a 3D sticker . Embossed the sides of the card which i hope are not properly visible. Hi all I am back to Swiss and just started crafting.  I made a card for ICRC 27 Made use of the doilies which is won in ICRC 21. Thanks for the gift.Only after visiting my parents house i got to know the things i got.  I distressed the card by masking with the doily both sides top and bottom of the card and stamped flowers and butterflies.  Sentiments are stamped and coloured with water colour pencils.
