Hi all I know i have been away from blog world from long time but here i am to share some news. Today i delivered my first bulk order of christmas cards(200) which i was working from last  two months. Its a lovely experience and learnt so many new things. First i would like to thank smita of  http://smilingarts.blogspot.ch/  for teaching me quilling and making me do something satisfying which i never thought before i met her.                                             I did lots of quilling and now i think i will not loose patience in doing quilling works. Tried heat embossing for sentiments in all my cards which i never did before. I did 700 quilled roses,140bells,70ribbons for first card. 70quilled trees which has 15 rolled coils each for my second card.140 poinsettia flowers, 1120 leaves using combing technique for my third card and embossing for sentimen...

Hi all Made a card  for BGC 38  . Its a double pocket card i tried for the first time. One pocket for tag and another for the gift card. I used 2 pattern papers, ribbon, pearls,butterfly,flower as embellishments. I heat embossed the butterfly . I saw the tutorial from youtube.  Used one sentiment. One pocket is used to put tag and another pocket for card, the punched pocket just above the butterfly.  The pattern paper is also embossed one with glittery flowers,which unfortunately not visible in the pic. A simple card with stamping ,coloring and  heat embossing.  I stamped the butterflies on watercolour card and colored with water colour pencils. I used koi brush filled with water to just brush the already coloured part. so after drying the butterfly was darker than before. I fussy cut the butterflies and pasted with foam dots. Sentiment is heat embossed on pan as my heat gun is gone.  I layered the lemon yellow card with black and water coloured white cardstock. Hi all Made a card for catchy challenges . I embossed the border of the card and did emboss resist technique on the bottom of the card and used the ribbon. I dont know what this kind of ribbon called but its fabric like a frills of frock. I made this flower using a 6petal punch,distressed with wornlipstick and misted it. I curled the edges of the petal when it is little wet and after it is dried the shape was sustained.  I made a 3D envelope so the 3D elements on the card can be fit properly.I kept a layer of green paper on the inside  flap.
